This 61-year-old patient came to us concerned about drooping upper eyelids, under-eye hollowness, dark circles, and fine lines that made her look tired even when she felt great.
She underwent an upper blepharoplasty with browpexy, along with fat grafting and periocular CO₂ laser resurfacing to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and refresh the entire eye area.
By her final post-op visit, she was absolutely thrilled with her results. Her eyes look brighter, more open, and naturally rejuvenated, with a softer and smoother under-eye appearance.
