Cancelation Policy

Surgical and Aesthetic services require a medical consultation prior to scheduling treatments to determine safety and procedure eligibility.

We value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care and service. To ensure availability and proper scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies to all consultations and surgical procedures:

Surgical Consultations: Cancellations made within 48 business hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $250 cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations (including no-shows) will be charged the full consultation fee of $250.

Aesthetic Consultations: Cancellations made within 48 business hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full consultation fee of $50

Surgical Procedures: Any surgery that is postponed or cancelled within 3 week (15 business days) will incur a $1000 fee and two weeks (10 business days) of the scheduled date will incur a $1,500 fee to cover associated anesthesia costs.
