Before joining Chicago Oculofacial Plastic Surgery, Hayley worked in the cardiac stepdown unit of a major Chicago hospital, where she gained valuable experience in acute care, precision nursing, and patient safety. Her transition into medical aesthetics was driven by her passion for combining science and artistry to help patients look and feel their best.
