This 31-year-old patient came to us frustrated by prominent under-eye bags that made her look tired.
She underwent a lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting and periocular CO₂ laser resurfacing to smooth the under-eye bags and create a more seamless, refreshed contour from the lower eyelid to the cheek. The combination approach helped brighten and rejuvenate the entire eye area.
By her final visit, she was so happy with her results. Her under-eye area looks flatter, smoother, and naturally refreshed. She still looks completely like herself, just more rested and confident.
