Our 44-year-old male patient presented with concerns of under-eye bags and a tired appearance. He underwent a lower blepharoplasty combined with periocular fat grafting to both remove excess fullness and restore youthful volume around the eyes. At 7 months post op, his results are fully healed and well-settled, revealing a smoother lower eyelid contour, and a naturally refreshed, masculine appearance.
