Our 49-year-old patient came to us feeling that her eyes made her look tired. She underwent a quad blepharoplasty with fat transfer and periocular CO₂ laser resurfacing to refresh the upper and lower eyelids and improve the overall appearance of the eye area.
At about one month post-op, her eyes already look brighter and more rested. The under-eye area is smoother, the eyelids appear more open, and the skin around the eyes is continuing to heal nicely.
