42 year old caucasian female with a history of hereditary upper eyelid hooding and dark circles that were getting worse with age. She elected to undergo upper blepharoplasty with internal browpexy. She also underwent a TCA and Jessner's chemical peel for her face to help with pigmentation and dark circles. The patient is very happy with her enhanced appearance that helps her look more awake and refreshed.
