Our 62-year-old patient came to us concerned about plaque-like lesions on his upper and lower eyelids. He underwent a four-lid xanthelasma excision to carefully remove the lesions while maintaining the natural shape and contour of the eyelids.
At 5 months post-op, his results are fully healed and well settled. His eyelids appear smoother and more refined, with an overall cleaner contour and a refreshed, natural look.
