42-year-old African American female with history of thyroid eye disease and stable bilateral exophthalmos (bulging or proptosis of the eyes). This caused watery eyes, pressure and pain behind her eyes, and difficulty fully closing her eyes. The patient is seen three months after bilateral orbital decompression surgeyr has more comfort and less dry eyes after her surgery.
