45-year-old female concerned about lower eyelid bags and lesions along her lower eyelids. The lesions were benign syringomas. She underwent bilateral transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat excision and periocular CO2 laser resurfacing. Patient is seen three months after surgery.
