Quad Blepharoplasty Case #1709

63-year-old hispanic female who was bothered by her tired appearance. She underwent quad blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery) for periocular rejuvenation. On the lower eyelids she had a transconjunctival incision (no cut on the eyelid skin) and fat repositioning with a 25% TCA peel to help improve dark circles and for skin tightening. The patient is seen 3 months after surgery in the after photos.
