Quad Blepharoplasty Case #3990

51-year-old white female who wanted to get rid of the bags and hooded appearance but did not want to change her eye shape (no ptosis or eyelid muscle surgery). She underwent four lid blepharoplasty with internal browpexy and periocular laser resurfacing. The lower blepharoplasty done with transconjunctival fat excision approach. Patient is seen three months after surgery.
