Getting Here
From the Airport
For international and other travelers flying into Chicago, we recommend taking a car service from O’Hare or Midway airport to our address, 2001 N Halsted St., Ste 200, Chicago IL, 60614. There are many excellent limo services in Chicagoland. You will need a trusted ride home after surgery and can arrange transportation here.

Out of State
If driving from out of state, you’ll want to exit I-90/94 at North Avenue (exit 48B) in Chicago. Follow North Ave eastbound approximately 0.9 mi to N Halsted. Take a left onto N Halsted and follow it approximately 0.5 mi. Turn right onto W Armitage Ave. Take an immediate left into our parking lot to park in one of the free parking spots behind our building labeled “Chicago Oculofacial Plastic Surgery,” or there is also plenty of nearby paid and free street parking. Please pay close attention to signage.
North Shore
Visitors from the North Shore (Lake Forest, Wilmette, Libertyville, Northfield, Skokie, Evanston, Deerfield, Highland Park, Glenview, Winnetka, Glencoe, Kenilworth) and Milwaukee should take the Edens Expressway south to North Avenue. Take exit 48B from I-94 E and turn left onto North Ave. Follow North Ave eastbound approximately 0.9 mi to N Halsted. Take a left onto N Halsted and follow it approximately 0.5 mi.
