71 year old white female with a history of basal cell cancer near her medial canthus that was invading her tear duct. The patient underwent Mohs reconstruction of the eyelid and canalicular plastic repair with Dr. Paul Phelps. The before photo was taken immediately after the Mohs surgery had cleared the cancer. In the after photo she is seen six weeks after the repair with Dr. Phelps. The patient's tear duct is working and she is cancer free.
